RESOLUTIONS
RESOLUTION NO. 100

WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the City
Council of the City of Clermont, Florida that there has developed a
problem within the city concerning the deposit of trash, rubbish,
bottles, cans and other material on public and private property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it practical and advisable
for economic as well as aesthetic reasons to curtail such activity;
THEREFORE be it Resolved by the City Council of the City

of Clermont, Florida that the City Attorney be and hereby is instructed
to draw an Ordinance prohibiting such activity and that said Ordinance
be made law as soonas practicable.
