AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, REFERRED TO IN
CHAPTER 122 OF ORDINANCE NO. 289-C, CODE OF ORDINANCES;
REZONING THE REAL PROPERTIES DESCRIBED HEREIN AS SHOWN
BELOW;PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY,AN EFFECTIVE DATE,AND
PUBLICATION.
The City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida hereby ordains that:
SECTION 1.
The official Zoning Map of the City of Clermont,Lake County,Florida referred to in Chapter 122 of
Ordinance No.289-C,Code of Ordinances,is hereby amended by rezoning the following described
property:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A parcel of land bounded and described as follows:
Tracts A & B according to the plat of Park Place as recorded in Plat Book 31, Page 1, Public
Records of Lake County, Florida.
All of Blocks 134, 135 and 136 according to the plat of CITY OF CLERMONT, as recorded in
Plat Book 8, Page 19, Public Records of Lake County, Florida. Together with the South 1/2 of
Highland Ave. lying West of the Westerly right of way line of 12th St. Together with a portion of
Chestnut St. in between Blocks 135, 136 lying West of the Westerly right of way line of 12th St.
said subdivision. Together with a portion of Linden St. in between Blocks 134, 135 lying West of
the Westerly right of way line of 12th St. said subdivision.
The South 310' of Govt. Lot 7 of Section 23, Township 22 South, Range 25 East.
And
That certain parcel designated as "PARK"according to the Plat of Indian Hills as recorded in
Plat Book 8, Page 86, Public Records of Lake County, Florida.
And
Tract B according to the plat of Hazelwood as recorded in Plat Book 27, Page 46, Public Records
of Lake County, Florida.

SECTION 2.
All Ordinances or parts of this Ordinance in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3.
Should any Section or part of this Section be declared invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction,
such adjudications shall not apply to or affect any other provision of this Ordinance, except to the
extent that the entire Section or part of the Section may be inseparable in meaning and effect from
the Section to which such holding shall apply.
SECTION 4.
The provisions of this Ordinance shall be effective as provided by law.
