RESOLUTIONS
NO. 391
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE RESTORA-
TION OF WATER SERVICE AND OPENING WATER ACCOUNTS.
WHEREAS, fees for the restoration of water service and
opening water accounts are necessary to offset the costs of
providing these services.
WHEREAS, Section 25-12 (d) of the City Code of Ordinances
allows the City Council to adjust these fees by Resolution,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, that:
Effective immediately, the following schedule of fees are
hereby established:
A. There will be a ten dollar ($10,00) charge to turn on
the water supply of any user when the service has been
discontinued from the customer's premises for nonpay-
ment of the current water and/or sewer bill.
B. There will be a three dollar ($3.00) charge for opening
or reopening any new water supply account.
