RESOLUTIONS
No. 390
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE CLERMONT
MUNICIPAL CEMETERY.
WHEREAS, fees for cemetery lots and cremorial niches
are necessary to offset the costs of operating the Clermont
Municipal Cemetery.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Clermont that the following fees are hereby es-
tablished:
SECTION 1. Effective immediately, the following schedule of
cemetery fees is hereby established.
I. Cemetery Spaces
Per Cemetery Space - Clermont Residents...... $150.00
Per Cemetery Space - Non residents........... $300.00
II. cremorial Niches
Single Interment - Clermont Residents........ $135.00
Single Interment - Non residents ............. $270.00
Double Interment - Clermont Residents........ $235.00
Double Interment - Non Residents ............. $470.00
III. Permits
Interment Permit ............................. $ 10.00
Memorial Permit .............................. $ 10.00
IV. The above fees shall be used in accordance with Chapter
6-9, Trust Fund of the Clermont Municipal Code of Ord-
inances.
