RESOLLTTION NO. 108
~^IHEF.EAS, on Nlay 23, 1967 the Council of the City of Clermont, Lake
County, Florida, adopted a Resolution for street and improvements and
special assessments for clearing, gradincx, filling, raising, Having and
curbing
Rosewood Drive from r~innehaha Avenue to Lake Shore Drive (approxi--
mately 950 feet)
and on September 7 and 14, 19F7 published in t?~e South La}~:.e Fress, a
~-reekly newspaper of general circulation pur~lished in Clermont, Florida,
a notice of hearing of improvements and special assessments for same and
on September 6, 1967 mailed a copy of_ said notice to all record owners
and mortgagees and lien holders of_ real property al,uttinq the above
described streets; and
~~JIIEREAS, with said Resolution and notice the Council sitting as a
Board of Equalization held a hearing at 8:00 P. M, on September 26 to
hear and consider all complaints, and
6~?IiEREAS no complaints were registered the City Council determined
and agreed that the Special Assessments were fair, equitable and
justified, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of. the City of_ Clermont, Lake County,
Florida, that all Special Assessments levied. and assessed by the I?.esolution
adopted May 23, 1967 against the various lots and parcels of real
property abutting said Rosewood Drive from 'iinneha.:a Avenue to Lake Shore
Drive, Clermont, Florida, he and the same are hereby approved and confirmed
and
BE IT FURTHEF, RESOLVED that all Special Assessments as levied shall
be and remain valid, binding and su~:~sisting liens against each and
every lot and parcel of .real pronert~~ i_n the respective amounts until same
are fully paid.
