RESOLUTIONS
No. 389
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 358, AND REVOKING A CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 358 granted a Conditional Use Permit
to Condev Developers, Inc. to construct thirty-eight (38) single
story villas on property described as "the north 436' of the west
400' of Tract 8, according to the Lake Highlands Plat of Section 32,
Township 22 South, Range 26 East (Tract 8 being in the NW 1/4 of
NW 1/4 of Section 32).
WHEREAS, Condev Developers no longer wish to use this property
as Senior Citizen Apartments, and have been granted a second Conditional
Use Permit, Resolution 370, to build these apartments in another section
of Clermont.
WHEREAS, Resolution 370 requires Resolution 358 to be repealed
once the developers have received FmHA approval for this project.
WHEREAS, FmHA approval has been obtained for this development.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, that Resolution No. 358 is hereby
repealed.
