R-67-109• • RESOLUTIONS N ~ 16 0 RESOLUTIO"J NO. lOQ GdF~.EREAS, on May 23, 1967 the Council of the City of_ Clermont, Lake County, Florida, adopted a '?esolution for street and .mnrovements and special assessments for clearinc_t, grading, filling, raising, paving and curbing Disston Avenue from '~7innehaha Avenue to Almond Street (approximately 305 feet) and on September 7 and 14,1567 published in the South Lake Press, a weekly newspaper of general circulation nu~~lis}ied in Clermont, Florida a notice of hearing of improvements and special assessments for same and on September 6, 1367 mailed a copy of said notice to all record owners and mortgagees and lien holders of real property abutting the above described streets; and. 6~FiEREAS, ~~aith said Resolution and. notice the Council sitting as a Board of Equalization held a hearing at 3:On r, rT, on Sentemk~er. 26 to hear and consider all complaints, and ~ti'IFEREAS no complaints ~.,~E:re registered the City Council determined and agreed that the special Assessments were fair, equitable and justified, therefore, F3E IT R~'SOLVED by the Counc County, Florida, that all Special by the Resolution adopted.r".av 23, parcels of real property abutting Avenue to Almond Street, Clermont approved and confirmed and it of the City of Clermont, Lake Assessments levied and assessed 1967 against the various lots and said.
