OF PUBLIC LAt~d 345, 84th COi1GRESS, APPROVED AUGUST 11, 1955, as amended.
t~~IIEREAS, under the terms of said, Public Law 345, the united States of
America has authorized the making of loans to public agencies to aid in
financing the construction of specific public projects:

1. That A. rR. Johnson be and he is hereby authorized to execute and file
an application on behalf of The City of Clermont ~•~ith the Department of
Dousing and Urban Development, United States Government, for a loan. to aid
in financing the construction of Sewer S--ester,
2. That said A. ~~. Johnson be and he is herek.v authorized to execute
and file an assurance of compliance with Title VI of th-e Civil nights
Act of 1964 on behalf of The City of Clermont caith the Department of T'ousinn
and Urban Development, United States Government, in support of the afore-
mentioned application.
3. That A. r~I. Johnson, The City Manager k~e and he is here}-•v authorized
and directed to furnish such information as t'.le Department of I:ousinc and
Urban Development may reasonak~~ly request in connection ~~ith the application
which is herein authorized to be filed.
