A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA ESTABLISHING
MECHANICAL PERMIT FEES.
WHEREAS, fees for Mechanical Permits are required to offset
the costs of Mechanical Inspections;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Clermont, Lake County, Florida that:
Effective December 1, 1981 the following schedule of Mechanical
Permit fees are hereby established:
I. Permit Fees
a. For issuing each permit ...........................$ 5.00
II. Basic Charges in addition to Permit Fee
a. $1.00 to $1000.00 value ...........................$10.00
b. Each additional $1000.. 00 ..........................$ 2.00
c. Boiler Fees based on B.T.U. Input:
(1} 33,0-00 - 165,000 5 hp ................ $ 5.00
(2) 165,000 - 330,000 10 hp ................ $10.00
(3) 330,000 -1165,000 52 hp ................ $15.00
(4) 1165,000 -3300,000 98 hp ................ $25.00
(5) Over 3300,000 ............................. $35.00
d. Reinspection Fee ..................................$ 5.00
The fees charged above shall be that for the total cost of all units
combined.
