RESOLUTIONS
No. 381
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, GRANTING A CONDITIOPdAL USE PERMIT TO USE THE
UPPER FLOOR OF THE BUILDING TO ESTABLISH TWO APARTMENTS.
WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Clermont, Lake
County, Florida at its meeting held on September 1, 1981 recommended approval of
a Conditional Use Permit to allow the upper floor of a store be established as two
apartments as hereinafter set forth by unanimous vote, and the City Council deems
it advisable in the interest of the general welfare of the City of Clermont, Lake
County, Florida to grant the Conditional Use Permit;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake
County, Florida that;
SECTION 1.
The application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the upper floor of
a store be established as two apartments at 761 West Montrose Street, Lot 13, Block 81,
City Blocks, be granted subject to the following conditions:
1. Three parking spaces and the driveway at the rear of the store shall be
paved with asphalt.
2. Only two apartments may be established.
3. Any further construction or expansion must be approved by a CUP.
4. All applicable rules and regulations must be met.
5. A Certificate of Occupancy for the above development shall not be issued
until all of the above conditions are met.
6. This permit shall expire if construction has not begun within one year of
the date of this Conditional Use Permit.
