WHEREAS, one JOSEPH ROBIN BON JORN, Sergeant in the

United States Marine Corp, is a Citizen of the City of Clermont,
Florida, who has dedicated himself to the service of his Country,
and
WHEREAS, the said JOSEPH ROBIN BON JORN, did in the defense
of his Country and his fellowmen, suffer severe wounds in battle
with the enemies of this Country, and
WHEREAS, the said JOSEPH ROBIN BON JORN, has now been
returned to this Country and is recuperating from the serious wounds
afflicted upon foreign soil while in defense of the Honor and
Integrity of the United States of America.
THEREFORE, be it Resolved that the City Council of the
City of Clermont, Florida, proclaim that the said JOSEPH ROBIN BON JORN
be commended, lauded and praised for his meritorius service and
sacrifices for us all, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that he be and he hereby is given
the whole-hearted thanks on behalf of the City of Clermont, Florida.
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida, held on O er 26, 1967.
