RESOLUTIONS
No. 376
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING PLUMBING PERMIT FEES.
Whereas, fees for Plumbing Permits are required to offset the costs
of plumbing inspections;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida that;
SECTION 1.
Effective October 1, 1981, the following schedule of Plumbing fees
are hereby established:
I. Permit Fees
a. For issuing each permit ................................$5.00
II. In addition to Permit Fee
a. For each Plumbing Fixture, Floor Drain or Trap
(including Water and Drainage Piping) ................... $1.00
b. For each House Sewer ........ ........................... $5.00
c. For each House Sewer having to be replaced or repaired. $5.00
d. For each Water Heater and/or Vent ...................... $2.50
e. For installation, alteration or repair of water
piping and/or water treating equipment ................. $5.00
f. For repair or alteration of Drainage or Vent piping.... $5.00
g. For vacuum Breakers or backf low protective devices
installed subsequent to the installation of the piping
or equipment served-
One to Five ............................................$2.50
Over Five ..............................................$1.50
h. For each Cesspool ......................................$5.00
i. For each Septic Tank and Seepage Pit or Drainfield....$10.00
j. Reinspection Fee .......................................$5.00
SECTION II.
The present schedule of fees established by Ordinance 179-C shall
be in effect until September 30, 1981, at which time they will expire and
the above schedule of fees shall be utilized.
