NO. 121
WHEREAS, the City Charter of the City of Clermont, Florida
provides in Section 63 thereof that the City Council may sit as the
Board of Adjustment for zoning purposes, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has by motion duly made, recorded,
and passed, elected to sit as said Board of Adjustment, and
WIiEREAS, the City Council deems it best for the interest
and welfare of its citizenry to do so:
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA that the City Council be and the
same hereby is appointed to sit as the Board of Adjustment as provided
in the City Charter of the City of Clermont, Florida
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Clermont,Lake County, Florida, held this 23 day of January, 1968.
