RESOLUTIONS N ~ 181
NO. 122
WFIEREAS the Lake County Board of Commissioners has requested
that each municipality within Lake County make known their preference
of road improvement priorities, and
WHEREAS, the City of Clermont is the nearest municipality in
Lake County to the Disneyland attraction, and
FBHER~;AS, the City Council of the City of Clermont is convinced
that said Disneyland attraction will materially increase the flow
of traffic over the highways in the Clermont area,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Clermo~~,~~:~ County, Florida, that the Board of Lake County Commissioners
be respectfully requested to include in their priority schedule to the
State Road Department the following listed improvements:
1. That U. S. 27 be four-laned from the Hovey exit, southward, to
the Lake County boundary line.
2. That State Road 50 be resurfaced and four-laned from the east
boundary line of Lake County, westwaru, through the City limits
of Mascotte.
