RESOLUTION NO. 132
WHEREAS, the State of Florida requires each municipality to remit
a complete tax roll on or before July 1, 1968, and
WHEREAS, the City of Clermont, Florida, has been advised that its
tax roll will not be prepared by such date, and
WHEREAS, the State of Florida has requested a Resolution from
the City of Clermont asking for an extension of time.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that FRED O. DICKINSON, JR., Comptroller of the
State of Florida, be and he is hereby requested to extend the date of
such report for a period of time not to exceed September 15, 1968.
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Clermont,
Lake County, Florida, held on June 25, 1968.
