~IHEREAS, on April 9, 1963 the City Council of Clerm..ont, Lake County,
Florida, adopted a Resolution for street improvements and special
assessments for cleaning, grading, filling, paving cast '~~inneola Avenue

necaspaper of general circulation published in Clermont, Florida, a ~lotice
of Hearing on Proposed Improvements and Levv of Special Assessments for
same and. on June 24th, 19E8 mailed a co??y of said notice tQ~all record.
o~~mers of the real property abutting the above c'escribed street, and
6w'III~REP.S, in accordance with said Resolution and notice the City
Council sitting as an L~'qualizing Hoard belt? a hearing at g~0~ ?'. ''. on
July 9, 1963, to hear and consider complaints, and
.^??iE REAS, fallowing the Hearing it was the opinion of the Cite
Council that the Special Assessments ~rere fair and equitable, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED '~y the City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County,
Florida, that all special assessments levied a_nd assessed },y the
Resolution adopted April 9, 1958, against the various lots and parcels
of real property abutting East JZinneola Avenue between Scott Street and.
Disston Avenue, Pinecrest Subdivision, Clermont, Florir'.a, `~e and the same
are hereby approved and confirmed, and
DE IT FURTHER F.ESOLVFD that all Special Assessment liens as
originally levied shall be and remain a valid., binding and subsisting lien
against each and every lot and parcel of property ir_ the respective
amounts until same are fuly paid.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida,
at its regular meeting held on July 9, 1968.
