RESOLUTIONS
NO. 357
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
TO ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
FOR TWELVE (12) DUPLEXES TO BE KNOWN AS LAKE DOT VILLAS.
Whereas, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida at its meeting held on August 5, 1980
recommended approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow the
construction of a Planned Unit Development for twelve (12) duplexes
to be known as Lake Dot Villas, as hereinafter set forth by unan-
imous vote, and the City Council deems it advisable in the inter-
est of the general welfare of the City of Clermont, Lake County,
Florida to grant the Conditional Use Permit;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT;
SECTION 1.
That the application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow
the construction of a Planned Unit Development for twelve (12)
duplexes to be known as Lake Dot Villas on the following described
property: Southwest corner of Fifth Street and Juniata Street,
Lots 1, 2, 3, of Block 59, Lots 5 & 6, N 60' of Lots 7 & 8, Block
60, be granted subject to the following conditions:
1. The property is developed according to the site plan as
presented.
2. All trees preserved; as many as possible.
3. Any further construction or expansion must be approved
by Conditional Use Permit.
4. A sidewalk must be constructed to City standards on the
Juniata Street frontage by the developer.
5. The City Attorney is to review any covenants on the property.
6. The cost of any adjustments made to the Sewer Lift Station
caused by the development will be borne by the developer.

7. All applicable Rules and Regulations be met.
8. D1o expansions are allowed without the approval
of the City Council.
9. A Certificate of Occupancy for the above devel-
opment will not be issued until the above con-
ditions are met.
