A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR UTILITY BENEFIT FEES.
WHEREAS: Utility Benefit Fees have been adopted by the City of Clermont,
Florida.

WHEREAS: Such fees shall be used for the sole purpose of defraying capital
costs to the City Sewer and Water System that have been created by an expanding
population.
WHEREAS: Utility Benefit Fees shall be placed in a separate fund and used
solely for the above described purpose.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLOVED THE FOLLOWING UTILITY BENEFIT FEES ARE
HEREBY ESTABLISHED:
1. Single, Two Family, Multiple Family Dwelling Units including Mobile
Homes: $360 per Unit
2. Hotels & Motels $200 per Unit
3. Hospitals & Nursing Homes $150 per Bed
4. Retail Businesses, Personal Service Establishments 20~ per sq. ft.
Professional Offices, Automotive Services, Recreation or $360 per
Facilities Wholesale Enterprises, Restaurants, Schools establishment, which-
and Churches ..

7. Manufacturing Plants

wastes.
8. The City Council of the City of Clermont has the right to set rates for
businesses not covered above. In all such cases, consideration shall be
given to the number of persons using the facility size of facility and
estimate of the amount of water usage and sewer discharge.
