A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS ON REAL PROPERTY
USED AS A LIBRARY.
WHEREAS, the Cooper Memorial Library Association did by Warranty Deed dated
February 9, 1970, recorded in Official Record Book 400, page 460, convey unto the
City of Clermont the following described real property:
Lots 18 and 19 in Block 76, City of Clermont, according to the
Official Map thereof duly recorded in Plat Book 8, pages 17-23
inclusive, Public Records of Lake County, Florida.
WHEREAS, the City of Clermont did covenant and declare by Declaration of
Restrictive Covenants dated November 26, 1974, that said property would not be used
for any purpose other than the erection and maintenance of a public library, and
WHEREAS, the Cooper Memorial Library Association has requested by Resolution of
the Board of Directors that the City of Clermont release said Restrictive Covenants.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Clermont
does hereby release the Restrictive Covenants contained in that certain Declaration of
Restrictive Covenants dated Tovember 7.h3 1974.
DONE AND RESOLVED this l0i.h day of June 1980.
