R-69-149• • RESOLUTIONS N °_ 2 2 0 RESOLUTION NUMBER 149 WHEREAS, on stay. ?7, 1969, the City Counci l of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, adopted a Resolution for street improvements and special assessments for clearing, grading, filling, raising, paving and curbing of School Street from Highlands Avenue to Cooper Lane, a distance of approximately 750 feet, and WHEREAS, on August 14, 1969 published in the South Lake Press, a weekly newspaper of general circulation pub}fished in Clermont, Florida, a Notice of Hearing on Proposed Imrpovements and Levy of Special Assessments for same, and on August 8, 1969, mailed a copy of said notice to all record owners of the real property abutting the above described street, and WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution and notice the City Council sitting as an Equalizing Board held a hearing at 7:30 P. M. on August 26, 1969, to hear and consider complaints, and WHEREAS, following the hearing it was the opinion of the City Council that the Special Assessments were fair and equitable, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, that all Special Assessments levied and assessed by the Resolution adopted May 27, 1969, against the various lots and parcels of real property abutting School Street from Highlands Avenue to Cooper Lane, a distance of approximately 750 feet, Clermont, Florida, be and the same are hereby approved and confirmed, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all Special Assessment liens as originally levied shall be and remain a valid, binding and subsisting lien against each and every lot and parcel of property in the respective amounts until same are fully paid.
