R-80-350• ~ ~, • CITY OF CLERMONT RESOLUTIONS No . 3 5 0 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL U5E PERMIT TO ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW 60 BED AND 24 EFFICIENCY UNIT, THREE STORY ADDITION AT THE LAKE HIGHLANDS NURSING HOME . Whereas, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida at its meeting held on May 20, 1980 recommended approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow the Lake Highlands Nursing Home to construct a new 60 Bed and 24 Efficiency Unit, three story addition, as hereinafter set forth, by unanimous vote, and the City Council deems it advisable in the interest of the general welfare of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida to grant the Conditional Use Permit; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT; SECTION 1. That the application for a Cony construction of a new 60 Bed and 24 addition on the following described Heights, Lots (See Legal bounded by Avenue on the East and Minnehaha on to the fo' lowing co~.di ~io::s 3itional Use Permit to allow the Efficiency Unit, three story property: Lots 11 - Clerm~~nt East Avenue on the Wert and Drew the North), be granted subject 1. PARKING: The grassparki.ng to the South of this de- velopment will be paved within 180 days if determined by the City Council at a later date, that the intensive use of these parking areas require paved parking. Any work on property Zoned R-1-A must conform to the City's Zoning Ordinances. 2. The use not be expanded except with a Conditional Use Permit. 5. All conditions be met prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. 6. Since the proposed building is very close to or attached to the existing buildings, the existing fac- ilities must conform to the standards of the Fire + Life Safety Portions of the Southern Standard Build- ing Code. 7. The present builidinct be fa~eli £ted as shown on the Architect's Conceptual Plans. 8• The visual appearance of the Shed to the South of the property be upctraded in appearance.
