RESOLUTION NO. 152
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Clermont, Florida did
on the 8th day of November, 1966, pass a certain Resolution wherein
a certain road was permanently closed, said portion of road being
described as follows:
That part of Minneola Lake Drive lying between the
easterly right-of-way line of State Road 561 and
the southerly right-of-way line of the Atlantic Coast
Line Railroad, and
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the City Council
that said description is erroneous in that it does not comply with
the description given in the deed to said property.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida, that said Resolution be amended by sub-
stituting in lieu of the above description, the following description,
to-wit:
That part of Lake Shore Drive between the Easterly
line of the right-of-way of Twelfth Street and the
Westerly line of the right-of-way of the Seaboard
Coast Line Railroad"
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Clermont,
Lake County, Florida, held on September 9th, 1969.
