RESOLUTIONS
RESOLUTION NO. 342
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, GRANTING A CON-
DITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF
AN EDUCATIONAL BUILDING TO BE USED FOR SUNDAY SCHOOL
CLASSES.
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Clermont,
Lake County, Florida, at its meeting held on November 6, 1979, recommended
approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of an
educational building to be used for Sunday School Classes, as hereinafter
set forth, by a unanimous vote, and the City Council deems it advisable
in the interest of the general welfare of the City of Clermont, Lake
County, Florida to grant the Conditional Use Permit;
NOLV, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLERP-'iONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, THAT:
SECTION 1.
That the application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the con-
struction of an educational building for use as Sunday School classes on
the following described property: Block 140; Block 139 lying north of
State Road 50; Also, the north 1/2 of the south 1/2 of Gov't Lot 7 lying
north of State Road 50, and the south 1/4 of the north 1/2 of Gov't Lot 7,
less the north 90 feet, in Section 25, Township 22 South, Range 25 East,
commonly known as 720 12th Street, be granted subject to the following
conditions:
1. That all applicable regulations and ordinances be met;
2. That the use not be expanded except with a Conditional Use
Permit; and,
3. That all conditions be met prior to the issuance of a
Certificate of Occupancy.
DONE AND RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY,
