RESOLUTION NO. 341

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING
MEMBERSHIP OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT IN THE EAST
CENTRAL FLORIDA REGIONAL PLANNING COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the East Central Florida Regional Planning Council has
been established pursuant to Chapter 160 of the Florida Statutes; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Clermont is located in the district of the
East Central Florida Regional Planning Council; and,
WHEREAS, the East Central Florida Regional Planning Council provides
planning information and services beneficial to the City of Clermont;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City of Clermont hereby agrees
to become a member of the East Central Florida Regional Planning Council,
and will abide by the By-Laws of the Council.
DONE AND RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY,
