A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW
GRASS PARKING AND USE OF AN EXISTING BUILDING AS A NURSERY SCHOOL.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Clermont, Lake County,
Florida, at its meeting held on September 4, 1979 recommended approval of a Conditional
Use Permit to allow grass parking and use of an existing building as a nursery school, as
hereinafter set forth, by unanimous vote, and the City Council deems it advisable in the
interest of the general welfare of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida to grant
the Conditional Use Permit;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE
COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT:

That the application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow grass parking and use of
an existing building as a nursery school on property described as the West 1/2 of Lot 7;
Lots 9, 11, 13; North 50' of Lots 12, 14; Lots 15, 17, 19; North 62' of Lots 16, 18, 20,
City Block 48, commonly known as 497 Montrose Street, be granted subject to the following
conditions:
1. That the outdoor play area be enclosed with a fence at least 4' in height;
2. That the nursery school meet all State and County requirements;
3. That the use not be expanded except with a Conditional Use Permit;
4. That all applicable rules and regulations are met; and,
5. That a Certificate of Occupancy be issued only after all conditions are met.
DONE AND RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, THIS
25th DAY OF September A.D. 1979.
