RESOLUTION N0. 326
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, GRANTING A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW WHOLESALING
IN CONJUNCTION WITH RETAIL SALES AND AUTO REPAIRS
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Clermont, Lake
County, Florida, at its meeting held on March 6, 1979 recommended approval
of a Conditional Use Permit to allow wholesaling in conjunction with retail
sales and auto repairs, as hereinafter set forth, by a unanimous vote, and
the City Council deems it advisable in the interest of the general welfare
of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida to grant the Conditional Use
Permit;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, THAT:

That the application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow wholesaling
in conjunction with retail sales and auto repairs in the building located on
Lots 1 and 2, Fairview Place; Lot 132, Clermont Heights, commonly known as
591 East Highway 50, be granted subject to the following conditions:
1. That all applicable regulations and ordinances be met; and,
2. That the use not be expanded except with a Conditional Use Permit.
DONE AND RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
