WHEREAS, the City of Clermont, Florida, is in the process
of constructing a comprehensive sanitary sewer system and
WHEREAS, the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company is the
owner of certain real property in said City and
WHEREAS, the City is advised by its engineers that certain
easements over said property are necessary to construct said
sans tary system and
WHEREAS, the said Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company has
agreed to give the City the necessary easements and has prepared an
agreement to be executed by said Railroad and by the City
I~HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk,
respectively, be and the same hereby are authorized to execute said
easement agreement for the city.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County,
Florida, at an adjourned meeting held on March 24, 1970.
