R-79-324• ~ • • CITY OF CLERMONT RESOLUTIONS RESOLUTION N0. 324 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW USE OF AN EXISTING BUILDING AS A FISH BREEDING AND WHOLESALING BUSINESS. WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, at its meeting held on February 6, 1979 recommended approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow use of an existing building as a fish breeding and wholesaling business, as hereinafter set forth, by a unanimous vote, and the City Council deems it advisable in the interest of the general welfare of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida to grant the Conditional Use Permit; NOW, THEREFORE, .BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, THAT: CAf TT(1TT 1 That the application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow use as a fish breeding and wholesaling business in the existing building located on the East 30 feet of Lot 13, City Block 81, commonly known as 761 Montrose Street, be granted subject to the following con- ditions: 1. That the front exterior of the building be painted immediately with an acceptable color in conformity with the decor of the downtown area; 2. That the painting on the inside of the windows be removed, and an acceptable drapery material be installed to screen the balance of the building from exterior view; 3. That a 6 month time table be set for the principals involved to present a proposal to establish a retail outlet in the building, and plans for a face lift of both the interior and exterior of the building; 4. That there be no loading/unloading of large trucks on Montrose Street; 5. That all applicable regulations and ordinances be met; and, 6.
