R-79-323• ~ ~ • CITY OF CLERAIONT RESOLUTIONS RESOLUTION N0. 323 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW USE OF AN EXISTING BUILDING AS AN EDUCATIONAL CHILD CARE FACILITY. WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, at its meeting held on February 6, 1979 recommended approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow use of an existing building as an educational child care facility, as hereinafter set forth, by a unanimous vote, and the City Council deems it advisable in the interest of the general welfare of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida to grant the Conditional Use Permit; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, THAT: SECTION 1. That the application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow use as an educational child care facility of the existing building located on Lots 3, 4, North 25 feet of Lot 17, North 25 feet of the West 50 feet of Lot 18, City Block 72, commonly known as 635 West Highway 50, be granted subject to the following conditions: 1. That a solid fence be erected on the east side of the property where it abutts the Charles Dix property; 2. That all applicable regulations and ordinances be met; and, 3. That the use not be expanded except with a Conditional Use Permit. DONE AND RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, THIS 13th DAY OF February A.D., 1979.
