R-79-322• • • CITY OF CLER~ONT RESOLUTIONS RESOLUTION N0. 322 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW USE OF AN EXISTING BUILDING FOR WHOLESALING AND WAREHOUSING OF CRAFT SUPPLIES. WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, at its meeting held February 6, 1979 recommended approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow the use of an existing building for wholesaling and warehousing of craft supplies, as here- inafter set forth, by a vote of 9 to 1, and the City Council deems it advisable in the interest of the general welfare of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida to grant the Conditional Use Permit; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, THAT: CF!'TT(1TT 1 That the application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the use of wholesaling and warehousing of craft supplies in the existing building located on the following described property: That part of the North 100 feet of Lot 17, and West 25 feet of the North 100 feet of Lot 16, Block 91, according to the Official Map of the City of Clermont recorded in Plat Book 8, pages 17-23 inclusive, Public Records, Lake County, Florida: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 17 run thence in a Southerly direction along the West boundary of Lot 17 63 feet; run thence in an Easterly direction on a line parallel with the North boundary of said Lot 17 for 37 feet; run thence in a Southerly direction on a line parallel with the West boundary of said Lot 17 for 37 feet; run thence in an Easterly direction on a line parallel with the North boundary of Lots 17 and 16 for 38 feet to a point on the East boundary of the West 25 feet of Lot 16; run thence in a Northerly direction on a line parallel with the West boundary of said Lot 17 to a point on the North boundary of Lot 16; run thence in a Westerly direction along the north boundary of Lot 16 and 17 to point of beginning. commonly known as 899 West Montrose Street, be granted subject to the following conditions: 1. SECRETARY This is in response to your December 13, 1978 letter concerning the SR 50/561 intersection in Clermont. We have re-evaluated our previous studies of this location and after consideration of projected traffic, we have received concurrence from the Federal Nighway Administration to proceed with a full traffic signal. This installation will be part of the upcoming roadway contract as was the originally planned flashing beacon.
