On motion of Councilman Honey ,seconded by
Councilman Cole ,the following resolution was adopted;

to provide for the operation of certain traffic signals on the State Highway
System within City of Clermont ~ and to enter into the attached

agreement with the State of Florida, Deparhnent of Transportation.

1. That Clermont City Council concurs in the provisions

of that certain agrecanent attached hereto, pertai.n.ing to the design, installa-
tion, operation and maintenance of a traffic signal installation described in
FSchi.bit "A" to the ~ agreement.
2. That Clermont City Council authorizes the said agreement
