RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING 1970-71 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT bJATER
AND SANITARY SEWERS DEPARTMENT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1970-71.
WHEREAS, the City of Clermont expects revenue from the
operation of its plater and Sanitary Sewers Department from the follow-
ing sources and in the following amounts:

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Clermont desires to
establish a budget governing the expenditure of funds derived from the
revenue aforesaid and to appropriate such funds for the use and benefit
of the Water and Sanitary Sewers Department as hereinbefore designated,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the sums of ~?oney
hereinbefore designated as expenses be and the same are hereby adopted
as a budget for the 1970-71 fiscal year for the operation of the
City of Clermont Water and Sanitary Sewers Department, or as much as
may be needed or deemed necessary to defray all expenses and liabilities
of the City of Clermont in the operation of its !Dater and Sanitary
Sewers Department; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper officials may disburse
funds from the revenues of the City of Clermont Water and Sanitary
Sewers Department in payment of expenses described above, subject to
authorization and approval of the City Council in accordance with the
budget here adopted.
