RESOLUTION N0. 179
WHEREAS, Judge J. K. Tryon has served the City of Clermont in
a capacity of City Judge and Associate City Judge for a period of
some thirteen years, and
WHEREAS, Judge J. K. Tryon has initiated and pursued a course
of improvement in the procedures and protocol of the Municipal Court
in and for the City of Clermont, and
WHEREAS, Judge K. Tryon has administered justice through his
position according to the highest standards of judicial ethics and
procedures, and
WHEREAS, Judge J. K. Tryon has contributed immeasurably to
the elevation of the Municipal Court System as well as to the community
in general,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Clermont, Florida, that the Honorable JUDGE J. K. TRYON be and he is
hereby commended for his untiring efforts along the lines stated above,
and
6E IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Judge be and he hereby is
given the Honorary Title of "JUDGE" henceforth forevermore.
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida, held on April 13, 1971.
