RESOLUTION N0.180
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE AND EXECUTION
OF AMENDED OPEN SPACE CONTRACT
WHEREAS, The City of Clermont, Florida, entered an Open
Space Contract with the Department of Housing and Urban Development
on the 22nd day of March, 1968, and
WHEREAS, due to the location of the Sanitary Sewer System,
part of the land involved in said contract was necessarily used for
the Sewerage Treatment Plant, and
WHEREAS, other land 4vas acquired and it is necessary to
amend said contract,
THEREFORE, be it resolved that the amended contract regarding
H.U.D. Project No. Fla-OSA-29 be and same hereby is approved, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk of the City
of Clermont be authorized and directed and the same are authorized
and directed to execute said amended contract.
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, held on April 13, 1971.
