1IHEREAS, the following described property located in the City
of Clermont, Lake County, Florida:

on which the City of Clermont has a lien for delinquent taDs, as repre-
sented by the ..ount set opposite the above respective descriptions,
that revert to the State of Florida by reason of the County taxes there-
on being delinquent and. said property had been sold, in accordance with
the law, by the Clerk of the Circuit Court, and said property being the
property of t he County, after said sale Tax Deeds were i .sued to the
respective purchasers of the above described respective parcels of
property; and,
WHEREAS, at the time of the sale of said property there were
certain Certificates for delinquent taxes held by individuals outstanding
against said property, and described as:
Certificate No. 9423 of 1933 and Certificate Ho. 1274 of
1928, having a total value of $70.50 on Lots 1 and 2,
Block 72, Ci V of Clermont;
Certificate Ho. 9698 of 1933 and Certificate No. 1476 of
1927, valued at $84.40, on Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 2,
Sunnyside UBi t, C1emont Heights, City of Clermont;
and the Attorn., General of the State of Florida had advised the State

Comptroller, who in turn had advised the Honorable Frank E. Owens, Clerk
of the Circuit Court of Lake County, Florida, that said Certificates
had not been rede..ed, their redemption value being $154.90, of which
amount one-half thereof was payable by the Ci V of Clermont and the
remaining one-half by Lake County, Florida, or $77.45 each.

DERUS, the Ci ty of Clermont will receive the amount of
$2839.71 as its share of tax liens against the said above described
property so sold, said Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lake County,
Florida, :must r. ceive back in r.d.pHon of aforesaid Certifi cates the
sum. of $77.45, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of the City of C1erm.ont,
upon receipt of the amount of $2839.71, shall refund to Frank E. O....ns,
as Clerk of the Circuit Court of Tavar.s, Florida, the sum. of $77.45
and shall issue to said Clerk receipt in duplicat. for the p~ent of
the amount of $2839.71.
