WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Clermont,
Florida, has previously passed a Resolution Opposing the
dealization of the Clermont and Groveland Rail~~ay Freight
operations, and
WHEREAS, the Florida Public Service Commission
has held a hearing concerning the same, and
4JHEREAS, there has been no official notification
to the City of Clermont as to any official action of the
Florida Public Service Commission.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Clermont, Florida, that:
The Florida Public Service Commission be and it
is hereby urged to refuse the Seaboard Coastline Railroad's
petition to dualize these stations.
