RESOLUTION N0. 197
WHEREAS, A. B. BROYLES, an employee
City of Clermont for the past eight
has reached the age for retirement
retire from the employ of the City
on September 30, 1972, and

WHEREAS, the said A. 6, Broyles is a member
of the Clermont Pension Plan and as a retiring
member is entitled to receive a monthly benefit
of TWENTY SIX DOLLARS AND TWENTY THREE CENTS

WHEREAS, the said A. B. Broyles did not elect
to receive the retirement annuity option, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that the Trust Department of the
First National Bank of Leesburg, Trustee of the
Clermont Pension Plan, be authorized and directed
to pay A. B. Broyles, from the Policemen Employees
Fund of the Clermont Pension Plan, the amount of
TWENTY SIX DOLLARS AND TWENTY THREE CENTS ($26.23)
each month and that such payments shall begin on
October 1, 1972 and continue until his death, at
which time the Trustee of the Clermont Pension Plan
will be notified by the Controller of the City of
Clermont.

of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida held
on September 12, 1972.
