RESOLUTION N0. 220
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE
EXPENDITURE OF FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City of Clermont has received $66,006 in Federal Revenue
Sharing Funds for the period of January 1, 1973 through June 30, 1973 and
WHEREAS, the City of Clermont earned $633.75 in interest on the $66,006
in Revenue Sharing Funds for the period January 1, 1973 through June 30, 1973
and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 214 of the City of Clermont authorized the
expenditure of $30,525 for the period January 1, 1973 through June 30, 1973,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, THAT:
SECTION 1. The $35,481 that was received in Federal Revenue Sharing Funds for
the period January 1, 1972 through December 31, 1972 be obligated or spent
as follows:
Street Sweeper
Back Hoe
Sewer Rodder
Utilities Superintendent

3,500.00
1,614.75
$ 36,114.75
