Resolution No. 223
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, INCREASING THE
SA191TATION COLLECTION RATES.
WHEREAS, Section 10-7 of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Clermont authorizes the City Council to increase charges for sanitation
collection; and
WHEREAS, the City of Clermont desires to provide better sanitation
collection service:
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, THAT:
SECTION 1
The following Sanitation Collection Rates are hereby adopted to
become effective on October 1, 1973•
SAI~I:TATION COLLECTION RATES
Monthly Rate
Single family dwelling $4.00
Duplex dwelling
(Individual water meters) $4.00 per unit
Duplex dwelling $4.00 first unit
(One water meter) 2.00 second unit
Multiple family dwelling and
Mobile Homes Parks
(Individual water meters) X4.00 each unit
Multiple family dwelling and Mobile Home $4.00 first unit
Parks 2.00 each additional
(One water meter) unit
Commercial
Base Rate $4.00
Plus $ .75 each extra can
per month
Maximum - Twelve cans (30~ gallon capacity can) per pickup with
maximum service frequency of 2 times per week (Refuse must
be in regulation cans)
Commercial Accounts generating greater volumes of garbage and trash
than can be accommodated by a maximum of twelve cans per pickup and two
pickups per week will be required to use a container furnished by Dump-All, Inc.
