RESOLUTION N0. 238
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER
AND BUILDING OFFICIAL TO WI'PHHOLD THE ISSUANCE QF
BUILDING PERMITS ~`OR MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWFjLLINGS IN
ALL ZONING DISTRICTS, PENDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF
THE ZONING CHANGES CONTAINID IN ORDINANCES NUMBERED
110-C THROUGH 121-C
WHF~REAS, there are presently pending before the City Council of the City
of Clermont Ordinances numbered 110-C through 121-C, in which are contained substantive
changes iri the zoning and building requirements applicable to Multiple-Family
Dwellings in all Zoning Districts;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake
County, Florida, that:
The City of Clermont City Manager. and Building Official are hereby
authorized and directed to withhold the issuance of building permits for Multiple-
Family Dwellings in all zoning districts, pending the effective date of the zoning
changes contained in Grdinances numbered 110-C through 121-C.
AND BE IT FURTHER RFSOLUID THAT:
The City Council deems it to be in the best interest of the health and
welfare of the residents of the City of Clermont to withhold issuance of building
permits for Multiple-Family Dwellings pending the effective date of the above-
referenced ordinance changes.
DONE AND UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERNIONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, on this the 27th day of August, A. D. 1974.
