RESOLUTION NO.2020-OSR
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, AND LAKE
COUNTY ROWING ASSOCIATION, INC FOR MANAGEMENT OF THE
CLERMONT BOAT HOUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida, that:
SECTION 1.
The City Council does hereby approve and accept the management agreement between the City
of Clermont, Lake County, and Lake County Rowing Association for the management of the
Clermont Boat House, subject to the conditions contained in the Agreement.
SECTION 2.
The Mayor is authorized and directed to enter into the agreement attached hereto as Exhibit `A'.
SECTION 3.
This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
