RESOLUTION N0. 267
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, GRANTING A CONDI-
TIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW FOR NURSERY SCHOOL
FOR MIGRANT CHILDREN

WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Clermont, Lake
County, Florida, at its meeting held on January 6, 1976 recommended approval of
the Conditional Use Permit to allow for a nursery school for migrant children;
as hereinafter set forth, by a vote of 6 to 0 with 3 members absent, and the City
Council deems it advisable in the interest of the general welfare of the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida to grant the Conditional Use Permit
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, THAT:
SECTION 1
That the application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for a nursery
school for migrant children under the age of three to be located at the
Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church
720 Twelfth Street
Clermont, Florida
be granted subject to the following conditions:
1. The nursery school must be approved by the Blessed Sacrament
Catholic Church
2. The nursery must meet all state requirements.
3. If an outdoor play area is provided, the area must be enclosed
by a fence at least four (4) feet high.
4. The structure or use cannot be expanded except as granted by the
City Council under a Conditional Use Permit.
5. Must conform to all provisions of zoning and other applicable
ordinances.
