RESOLUTION N0. 274
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE
OPENING OF CERTAIN SAVINGS PASS BOOK ACCOUNTS
AT THE EXCHANGE BANK OF CLERMONT AND DESIGNATING
THE REQUIRED SIGNATURES OF CERTAIN CITY OFFICIALS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Clermont that The
Exchange Bank of Clermont be and it is hereby designated a depository for the
following pass book savings accounts:
a. City of Clermont General Fund
b. City of Clermont Water and Sewer Fund
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that two signatures of the following City officials
shall be required in connection with the above-named accounts.
a. City Manager
b. City Clerk
c. Finance Director
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Clermont is authorized and directed
to furnish The Exchange Bank of Clermont a certified copy of this resolution and
the specimen signatures of the above-named City officials on the bank's usual
form of signature cards and The Exchange Bank of Clermont is authorized to rely
thereon until written notice of revocation of the authority hereby conferred is
delivered to it.
