A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, GRANTIPJG A CON-
DITIONAL USE PERMIT FORA PAINT AND BODY SHOP
WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Clermont,
Lake County, Florida, at its meeting held on August 3, 1976, recommended approval
of the Conditional Use Permit for a Paint and Body Shop, as hereinafter set forth,
by a vote of: Ayes: 5, Nayes: 1, and the City Council deems it advisable in the
interest of the general welfare of the City of Clermont, Lake County to grant the
Conditional Use Permit
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, THAT:

That the application for a Conditional Use Permit for a Paint and Body
Shop to be located on the following described property
Quonset Hut Metal Building at 721 West Avenue
be granted subject to the following conditions:
1. That no vehicles will be repaired or painted outside of the
building;
2. That no vehicles awaiting work will be stored on the public
right-of-way;
3. That no paint or body work will be conducted on the property
between the hours of 9:00 P. M. and 7:00 A. M.;
4. That the business must conform to all provisions of zoning
and other applicable ordinances.
5. IVo vehicles awaiting work will be stored on the outside of the
building in excess of a 10 day period.
DONE AND RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA
