RESOLUTION NO. 281
RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION
WHEREAS, the Honorable RICHARD W. WATERS has served the City of Clermont,
Clermont, Florida as Municipal Judge from August 8, 1972 to September 30, 1976,
and
WHEREAS, the Municipal Court of the City of Clermont is being phased-out
in accordance with State law, and
WHEREAS, RICHARD W. WATERS has performed the duties of Municipal Judge
to his utmost capacity and has brought the Municipal Court of the City of
Clermont the prestige and honor that a Municipal Court should have,
THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Clermont on its own behalf
and on behalf of the citizens and officials of the City of Clermont, does hereby
express its appreciation and gratitude to RICHARD W. WATERS for his good and
faithful service.
DONE and RESOLVED this 28th day of September, 1976
