RESOLUTION N0. 285
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, CONDITIOPrALLY ACCEPTING THE WATERWORKS
IMPROvEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Waterworks Improvment Project has been constructed in
accordance with the specifications of the City of Clermont and, with certain
conditions, completed to the satisfaction of the City of Clermont,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, THAT
SECTION 1. The City of Clermont hereby accepts the Waterworks
Improvement System as completed, conditional on proper automatic operation of
the electrical controls and chlorinator facilities once the well has been accepted
by the Florida Department of Environmental Regulation, and on proper connection
of the 1/4 inch pressure control line and disconnection with the 2 inches
water line.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
adoption by the City Council and approved by the Mayor.
