RESOLUTION N0. 291
WHEREAS, FLORENCE I. COOPER, an employee of the
City of Clermont Police Department for the past fourteen years
has reached the age for retirement and will retire from the
employ of the City of Clermont on June 30, 1977,
and,
WHEREAS, the said Florence I. Cooper is a member
of the Clermont Pension Plan and as a retiring member is en-
titled to receive the retirement annuity option,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the Trust Department of the
Sun Fixst National Bank of Leesburg, Florida, Trustee of the
Clermont Pension Plan, be authorized and directed to pay
FLORENCE I. COOPER, from the Policemens Fund of the Clermont
Pension Plan, the amount of Eighty Three Dollars and Five Cents
($83.05) each month, and that such payments shall begin on
July 1, 1977 and continue until her death at which time the
Trustee of the Clermont Pension Plan will be notified by the
City Clerk of the City of Clermont.
DONE AND RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA THIS 22nd day of March,
