RESOLUTION N0. 298
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW
LIVING QUARTERS IN A COMMERCIAL BUILDING
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Clermont,
Lake County, Florida, at its meeting held on June 7, 1977 recommended approval of
a Conditional Use Permit to allow living quarters sufficient to support the oper-
ation of an isurance office at 635 Highway, by a vote of 8 to 0, and the City
Council deems it advisable in the interest of the general welfare of the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida to grant the Conditional Use Permit.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT:
SECTION 1
That the application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow living
quarters in a building located on Lots 3 and 4, Block 72, City Blocks, commonly
know as 635 Highway 50 be granted subject to the following conditions:
(1) That the use not be expanded except with a Conditional Use
Permit granted by the City Council;
(2) That the building conform to building code requirements; and
(3) That the living quarters shall be an integral part of the
principal business structure and secondary to the business
operation.
DONE AND RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY,FLORIDA,
