R-77-305 RESOLUTIONS RESOLUTION N0. "305 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, GRANTING A CON- DITIONAL USE PERMIT TO STORE TRANSMISSION POLES AND TRANSFORMERS. C~ N°_ 443 WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, at its meeting held on November 16, 1977 recommended approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow storage of transmission poles and transformers at the property herein described, by a vote of 8 to 0, and the City Council deems it advisable in the interest of the general welfare of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida to grant the Conditional Use Permit. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT: SECTION I. The application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow storage of transmission poles and transformers at the property described as the South 50 feet of Lot One, the South 50 feet of the East 5 feet of Lot Three; the South 100 feet of Lot Six and all of Lots Two and Four, Block 81, City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, LESS that portion thereof occupied by Hogue's Cabinet Shop located on a portion of Lots One and Three be granted subject to the following conditions. (1) That a 6 foot high wooden decorative fence be erected at least 5 feet within the property line to provide screer_-in~, and that all provisions of Chapter II, Article V of the Code of Ordinances be met; (2) That the use not disrupt traffic on City s~~r_eets; (3) That existing large trees be preserved; (4) That the use not be expanded except with a Conditional Use Permit; (5) That all other applicable regulations and ordinances be met;and, (6) That landscaping be maintained in a normal husbandry manner, including the removal of dead or diseased plants, and providing for their replacements.
