RESOLUTION N0. 306
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO
ALLOW EXPANSION OF A CHURCH BY CONSTRUCTING A PARSONAGE
BUILDING
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Clermont, Lake
County, Florida, at its meeting held on December 5, 1977 recommended approval of
a Conditional Use Permit to allow expansion of a church by constructing a Parsonage
in Section 19-22-26, Lake Highlands Subdivision, by a vote of 8 to 0, and the
City Council deems it advisable in the interest of the general welfare of the City
of Clermont, Lake County, Florida to grant the Conditional Use Permit.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE
COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT:
SECTION 1.
That the application fora Conditional Use Permit to allow expansion of a
Church by constructing a Parsonage at the Church of God located in Lake Highlands
Subdivision, 19-22-26 - From intersection of E line of Highway 27 with S line of
Grand Highway, run E and SE'ly along Grand Highway 936.48 feet for POB. Cont. E'ly
and S'ly along Grand Highway 588.35 feet, W 150 feet, NW'ly parallel to Grand Highway
392.05 feet, N'ly 150 feet to POB, Being part of Tract 1, be granted, subject to the
following conditions:
(1) That the building meet the requirements for an R-1 zone;
(2) That the use not be separated from the church use;
(3) That the use not be expanded except with a Conditional Use Permit; and,
(4) That all applicable regulations and ordinances be met.
DONE AND RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
